This team dissemination project will be accomplished through teamwork, communication and participation by each team member in the group. This may be difficult because there are a larger number of people in the group, all with different schedules and different thoughts/opinions. The amount of people in the group could also be a benefit towards our project because the more people working on a project, the less stress each team member has to endure as long as everyone in the group does their part. By using email, text message and zoom, hopefully we can overcome the barrier of differing schedule by using communication skills and by being flexible in our schedules in order to accommodate for other members of the group. Having conflicting opinions could be a barrier but could also be seen as an opportunity to incorporate each other’s thoughts to make an even more inclusive project. 

Conflict management is an important topic to discuss before starting a big project such as this one. In order to manage conflict, we as team members need to use good communication skills and make it clear to each team member what their job is in order to complete the project. We also all need to be open to constructive criticism while working together in order to make a cohesive and inclusive final project. If one team member is not pulling their weight, we first need to reach out to them in a respectful manner to try to figure out why they are not pulling their weight and if there is something we can do as a team to accommodate to their needs. If that team member fails to communicate, we as a team will have to discuss whether we want to make it known to our professor or try harder to accommodate to that one team member. These skills learned during this project will help all of us in our nursing practice learn how to work as a team as nurses do in the health care setting, accept constructive criticism and how to respectfully approach someone if there is a conflict. After clinical with my group, I have faith that we will be able to work together in order to make a project that includes everyone’s ideas and is up to every team members standards.
