Preparation for Licensure (ATI Pharm Practice B)

After completing the ATI Pharmacology Practice B exam, I noticed how many of the medications that I did not know in the first practice exam (Pharm practice A) that I recognized in pharm practice B due to the remediations that I did for them. I definitely still have some studying to do in order to get a full grasp on some of the medications before I take the NCLEX exam, however I was definitely not as frustrated or let down as I was after taking the first pharmacology practice exam. I am more confident in my knowledge of pharmacology and feel almost ready to take the ATI proctored pharmacology exam. I feel that if I brush up on some of the nursing specific considerations for each type of drug that I am uncomfortable with I will feel even more confident. During this exam, I was able to take it in a quiet environment with no distractions so I could truly focus on the exam and not other things going on. The only thing that could have gone better during this exam is if I studied a little bit more beforehand, not just the remediations I did for the first practice exam.
